How to register
Registering your institution and entering shooters into an event takes only a few minutes. Here's what to expect from start to finish.
Create your institution account
Sign up with your mobile number, verify it with a one-time password (OTP), and set up your institution profile — name, code, contact person and logo.
Add your shooters
Build your roster once: name, date of birth, gender and category for each shooter. Reuse the same roster across every event you enter — no re-typing.
Enter events & pay fees
Choose the event and its items, add individual and team (institution) entries, review the fee summary, and confirm. You get an entry list to keep.
Compete & track results
Organisers allocate lanes and relays. On match day, scores are entered at the range and rank lists, medal tallies and certificates publish live.
Entry fees
Entry fees are set by the organiser and can differ per event and per item. When you add entries you'll see the exact amount for each shooter and a running total before you confirm — there are no hidden charges from the platform.

Who can register
Schools, colleges, academies, clubs and units fielding shooters can register as an institution. Eligibility (age category, discipline, quotas) for a specific competition is defined by that event's organiser and shown on the event page.
